	Located in Ft Pierce, Florida, Florida Center for Recovery's campus provides patients with a sense of security and well-being. Nestled among the whispering pines, Florida Center for Recovery was designed specifically for the treatment of alcoholism and addiction.
	Patients are provided with spacious semi private rooms in which to begin their recovery. The housekeeping staff is responsible for maintaining and providing linen for these rooms, but everyone is responsible for cleaning their own area.
	Meals are prepared onsite, and are served tableside. For persons in need of special diets due to medical problems or established dietary plans, arrangements can be made in conjunction with our chef and nutritionist.
	Therapy sessions are held in the primary therapist office, while lectures and other presentations are held in various meeting rooms within the facility.
	The nursing station is the focal point of the facility. It is here that patients receive support and guidance relating to their medical care and medication needs. Medications are stored in our onsite pharmacy and dispensed by the nursing staff on a 24 hour, seven day a week basis. In addition to the medical care provided, psychiatric evaluations in conjunction with medication management services are offered through a board certified psychiatrist and team of psychiatric nurses. Common areas are open to everyone.
	We believe fun and recreation to be an important component in recovery. These activities are provided for those clients in our Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient, and Outpatient Programs.
